# Learnings

> Save your team's preferences as learnings that agents load automatically.

Learnings teach Replicas how your organization works, such as "always use Conventional Commits" or "run tests with `pnpm test:unit`". Each learning is a skill (`SKILL.md`) whose description says when it applies, so agents load it only when it's relevant.

## Suggested learnings

When you tell an agent a lasting instruction ("from now on…", "always…", "never…"), it follows it and suggests saving it as a learning. A small chip appears at the end of that turn, and a lightbulb in the message box toolbar counts the workspace's pending learnings. Click **Review** to read the proposed `SKILL.md`, then **Save** or **Dismiss**. Nothing is saved without your approval.

If an existing learning covers the same topic, the agent suggests an update instead and the review shows a diff.

## Managing learnings

Open **Dashboard → Learnings** to browse every learning in your organization, review pending suggestions, and create, edit, or delete learnings. Everyone in the organization can view and manage them.

Saved learnings are installed into every new or resumed workspace and work with every coding agent. They stay out of the `/` command menu because agents load them on their own. Turning off **Agent Memory** in your organization settings also stops installing learnings and suggesting new ones.

<Tip>
  Skills that belong to one repository can live in the repo itself, and [environment skills](/features/environments#skills) install skills from other sources.
